Service Updates

March 18, 2020

To our precious congregation,

As you know, I have been out of town ministering at Pastor Nancy Dufresne’s World Harvest Bible Training Center. I am flying back early, however, as I believe it is best I be back with my family, and our church family.

While we are navigating new waters with regard to COVID-19, we know this much is true – God is our healer and protector. He is for us, and we know that faith in Him and His Word will conquer every fear and anxiety that rises up against the Truth.

At this point, and please note this is all subject to change as things go forward, we are going to continue having services in accordance with the New York State laws regarding the 50-person limit on social gatherings. We have many rooms available to use during services where we can still partake in the Word together.

But, the Bible is clear that it is not our job as pastors to Lord over the sheep. You must be led by God for yourself. If you feel in your heart it is not the time for you to be at services, you must follow that witness – and know that you have my and Pastor Nancy’s full blessing in doing so.

We have live-stream available for anyone who cannot come to service. If you are symptomatic, or have symptomatic family members, it is wisdom – not fear – for you to stay home and live stream. At this time, we still will provide child care in our nursery and children’s rooms, however symptomatic children will not be allowed into the nursery, baby room, or children’s church.

We will also be canceling the potluck on March 29th, and foregoing fellowship for the time being so the Dufresne Room is available for seating during services.

If there are any more details to announce, we will do so via text alerts and our Facebook page.

Do not be afraid, only trust God and know that He is always for us. 1 John 5:4 says, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” Faith is the victory!

We love you greatly, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

Pastor Michael
